DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES
We aim to have all orders shipped the same business day if placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM PST will be shipped the next business day. Standard shipments will ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location. If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii you must select the shipping methods provided to you to have the order shipped. We are unable to ship to these 2 states using the Ground Shipping Method or Offer Free Shipping. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped. All orders are processed and delivered Monday - Friday only.

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer Free Shipping.
Please select the proper shipping method to have your order shipped. Please provide a full shipping address, do not abbreviate the shipping address as the order will be delayed if the address is abbreviated.
Please Note:Â Due to Certain Products and Brandâs shipping limitations, shipments can take up to 2 weeks for processing, shipment and delivery.

SHIPPING TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS / INCOMPLETE ADDRESS / MISSING ADDRESS INFO
WideWingStore nor the carrier used for shipment will take any liability on an order that was shipped to an incorrect address, old address or an address that is missing address info such as Apartment #, Unit # , Business Name, Ste # recipient name. We provide all fields during check out to add necessary delivery info, therefore failing to provide a complete address and reporting a package as non-delivered or never received will be a total loss to you as we are unable to take liability on an error that was made during check out. We ship the orders as placed to the address provided by the customer during check out.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship packages both DDU and DDP. Packages shipped DDU will be subject to import fees upon collecting their package. For packages shipped DDP, duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase, and no additional amount is owed upon final delivery.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
